The second stop in Dirty Annie’s Halloween Tiny Town Collection is a sweet little neighborhood cafe dressed in all the colors of the season. With its candy-corn striped awning, purple storefront, overflowing display windows, tiny outdoor table and chairs, and Halloween goodies tucked everywhere, this cafe is ready for its October rush.
